These students chose to make a healthy breakfast for their FriYAY activity. Students got in groups and worked together to make fruit and yogurt parfaits. They were super sweet by collecting orders from staff members before making their own. We love watching them work together!







Due to potential impacts from the impending tropical storm, all CCPS activities scheduled for Saturday, September 23, 2023 and Sunday, September 24, 2023 will be canceled.
Friday night activities will continue as scheduled.

Students spent part of the day prepping for Constitution Day activities on Monday! #watchmerise





Today we had our first positive behavior incentive field trip to Spilman Park where our kids learned a new sport for them- disc golf! Students earned this outing by having 80% or better attendance, passing grades, and no days of out of school suspension. #watchmerise








Today we took a field trip to CTEC! Our students had the chance to explore the many different classes offered to high school students and learned how they can lead to jobs once students graduate high school. We can't wait for the next field trip! Thanks @CTE4CCPS







Our bike club is growing by the week!

Today during Rise Time, students created their Identity Puzzle Piece. We do this project every year to help student become self- aware about the things, events, and aspects that represent their identity. In the end, students can see how their piece fits into our school as a whole
